Thanks! I looked up the Viewpoint before I wrote that post, because I thought that’s what the blister pack said back when I bought it in the ‘00s and it showed a opaque pen with an ink window.   I probably didn’t look far enough down on the image search. The other Viewpoint looks like the Safari and the No Nonsense met up after a night of drinking….

I purchased the pen from an Italian pen shop. It was listed as having a gold #8 nib. I asked the shop to request Salvatore to custom grind the nib for me which he did. I left the choice of a B or a Stub nib as the starting point up to Salvatore's judgment.

The Sailor Ink Pen and the Estie are stretching it a bit, right? Apparently I only have one truly blue pen:

(Turquoise I could do 😁!)

 

@51ISHyour NoNonsense is a 'Vintage'. I used to have it in black (and get slightly envious every time you post yours).

They all look blue (in the Sailor’s case today) enough to me! (I also love turquoise)

(The Sailor isn't inked, by the way. I thought it was a purply dark blue.)

I know I have the Lamy and the Sailor in the same colors.  The question is, do I also have the Esterbrook, or do I just WANT it?

I thought it was a demonstrator with purply dark blue ink, but I have the vision of a mole rat.

I want it. I have long eschewed Esterbrooks and other lever fillers because of sac issues and maintenance (I loled because I’m  eternally 12) but now that we’re having a pen show in town I might get a blue one that’s been restored so I can get nibs for it.
