Beautiful pens, @amberleadavis! Those Hinze pens are super fun!, and the more Franklin- Christophe pens  I’m shown, the more intriguing they look. Laban pens often leave me breathless .

Given a choice between the Laban pen and the Franklin-Christoph, I'd choose the F-C hands down.

My Hinze pens often contain F-C nibs.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

These are simply incredible. They are fun, beautiful, happy pens.

The material is even cooler under black light.

My lot. Only five out of many more either black or red.

No particular interest in blue - just acquire what is available that interests me.

From the left:

Esterbrook J; Platignum Silverline (with unusual sloping chrome topped cap); Parker Vacuumatic; Platinum 3776 Chartres Blue; Parker UK Duofold Senior (35).

Your particular pen has such a great minimalistic design, yet the material has such depth. I hope to run into one at the pen show this summer.

It is comfortable for long periods of writing.

I got three pens in the mail today, including a blue one. The blue and green pens are Jinhao 82 pens. The other pen is a Nebula Eco in gray.

I was going to ask you about this one! It’s so pretty! I’ve never heard of this brand or maker.

That powder blue and chrome(?) is nice! Are you going to leave as is or swap parts with the green?  Is the grey Nebula as warm as it looks on my screen? It looks almost beige (greige?) to me.

I’m going to leave the pens as they came. Though I did order them 1.1mm stub nibs. Those and another pen haven’t arrived yet. The Nebula does seem to be a taupe gray. I just noticed the cap has Lanbitou on it.

(bleep) double (bleep). I massively overpaid for mine. $19.95. 🤬

I am so sorry to hear that. The link I put up might have been in Australian dollars. Does that make it look any better?

I thought you were getting a Grey Nebula and they had sent you the Lanbitou by mistake.

I think that website renamed it. Labintou is on the cap. AliExpress has it for less. Amazon has it for less. I just have to remember I’ve got some bargains in the past. No more impulse purchases. Need to sleep on them, or at least research them.

Did you think it was a grey Nebula you were ordering? And they sent you a Lanbitou instead? If so, they have to replace or refund it. That's not fair.

I checked the website. In one photo of the “Nebula” you can see Labintou on the cap. The seller is in Slovenia, so I won’t be returning it. Lesson learned. They use a countdown clock to manipulate you. They have the same price, and countdown clock now.

I just came home with this lovely Cross Century II in translucent blue with chrome trim and steel Fine nib. My husband is the world’s biggest enabler. He was going to his hobby shop and asked if there was anything I was looking at over at the stationery shop; of course there was!

While I was originally looking for the same pen in rose gold trim, I had tried this one out when I bought the Wanderlust but  kept thinking about it for months.
