Just found an Esterbrook. Which model?

I've been using the early Dollar with the 3556 "sunburst" for the past week. What a wonderful tool. It has been a couple of years or more since my last Esterbrook restoration. None are for sale and I enjoy seeing them in the china tea cup.

Your pen may be easier to date than many. There are several variants on the Esterbrook signature. Here are a couple examples. It looks like yours does not have the (R) mark. The (R) mark makes it solidly post 1947. During early production 1947 they made some double jewel J with the old marking. Could I ask for a close up of the imprint.
