Would someone be able to identify this Parker pen?

The pen has "Parker" and "Made in England" engraved on the cap, but I can't seem to find anything else that would identify it. On the barrel there is a small rectangle of solid colour that breaks the flute pattern. I don't have a picture currently but the finial has a black ring on it with more of the same material from the pen body inside.
