What is this tiny little ring top pen?

My latest purchase is in, a tiny 4.5 inch green ring top with a beautiful 14k warranted nib. I was hoping one of you knowledgeable folks could tell me what I bought and if it’s worth sending away for repair, as it’s missing the lever ( which I understand may be hard to replace) and probably needs a sac.

Lol, yes, that’s where we are 😜

I was wondering if anyone had any clue as to who the manufacturer was. It has no markings and the nib is a generic warranted 14k. It’s not my usual era of collection (I prefer aerometric or c/c), so I don’t really know who the lever fill makers were and how to tell.

Except for the missing lever it is a nice looking pen. About all I can tell you is it is probably not a Waterman.

If you try writing by dipping the nib and you like how it writes, then it is worth fixing. Some warranted nibs are quite nice. Replacing a sac is easy and you could do that yourself. I've never replaced a lever and lever box myself, but there are many repair people who can do that and may have a supply of reclaimed parts. Ron Zorn (ronz) here on FPN is one highly qualified repairperson ( https://www.mainstreetpens.com/pricelist.htm ).

It’s nice, has some bounce to it. Yes, I will send it out for repair in the new year. It’s definitely not a Waterman. My guess is some sort of lower tier Duofold Lady imitation.
