I ended up celebrating with an impressive ink stain. My fingers are covered in sheaffer black. Fortunately the ink came off the wall or I'd be in trouble!

Today at the Ohio Pen Show I had two more pens repaired: a couple of my Vacumatics (the Green Shadow Wave and the Silver Pearl).  And I may be the high bidder (in fact the ONLY bidder ) in one of the lots in the silent auction.  Won't know for certain till tomorrow morning.  And that may be a BIT problematic because I didn't think to pay for the repairs on the two Vacs (or the newest Vac in the stash yesterday) with a credit card, so I had to really make sure I had enough cash if I win that auction lot....   I will try to make sure I have my PayPal info on me, just in case I can pay that way....

Had a lovely time having interesting conversations with people before and at the dessert party, too.  I was trying to do a mental count of how many years I've gone to OPS now (I think this is year 8 for me) and I always have a good time at it.

Tomorrow I'll make one more swing around and then get on the road for home.
