I'm really tempted by the reboot "French Blue".  But would have to see a side by side to make a final decision.  I should remember to bring mine with me to the Ohio Pen Show next week and see if anyone has the new one so I can do a comparison. but definitely tempted....  (I got lucky and found a used one on eBay a couple of years ago and negotiated a price with the seller -- and since it already had a converter installed, it ended up being about the same price as a NEW Safari would have been.)

As for the white one?  Ehhh, I dunno -- I already have the White and Red Safari....

True.  I was waffling over getting a Safari a few years ago, and had been going, "I think I'll maybe spring for something really silly, like the pink one...."  Only when I saw one in person, I was going, "Ehhhhh...."

Then the Dark Lilac SE got released and it was "OMG!  WANT!  Must HAAAAVE!"

When the original two colors got reissued, though, I was going "Meh..." because neither of them appealed to me in the slightest.  I don't do the Pokemon "Gotta get 'em all" mindset.  I buy the ones I like (be it Safaris or vintage Parker Vacumatics) and DON'T buy the ones I don't like....
