Amazon.com.au just dropped the price on 500ml bottles of Herbin Perle Noire ink, sold and shipped by Amazon UK, to $45.92. Includes free delivery to Australia to Prime members here.

 

OK, that isn't cheaper than I could have scored from La Couronne du Comte before it went out of business, with stacked discounts, no GST paid, and (as part of a large enough order) free international shipping; but it comes pretty close. With LCdC now gone, I don't think I can do much better in the near term ordering from any other retailer.

Thanks, I found them on U.S. Amazon for 31.87 and Rouge Caroubier for $38.79 if anyone wants a LOT of red ink!

I just bought the Perle Noire and the Bleu Myosotis in 500 ml bottles through Amazon US.  The seller appears to be a shop in the UK.

Bleu Myosotis is said to be a very light blue according to reviews here on this forum.  However, as the Herbin site says that these inks can be mixed, I plan to add a bit of the black to the Bleu to make it more legible.  I have the 1L Pelikan black, and 350 ml Pilot blue black bottles as well as innumerable smaller bottles from 30 -60 ml each of all kinds of ink brands.  I think I have enough ink for a lifetime now!
