How can I disassemble this pen?

Since the cap keeps scratching, I try to polish the inside. Do you know how to disassemble?

A picture of the whole pen with the cap off beside it would give us a better idea what pen it is.  Right now it's a Parker cap.  Ballpoint? Many of them don't come apart.

 

Some of the Parker caps don't come apart - the button on top is riveted into the inner cap.  I'd have to look at the repair manual to be sure, but the Falcon is one of them.

I was told it is Parker International Ballpoint Pen.

Each time the push cap is pressed, there is a big scratch on the barrel.
