Found Montblanc Meisterstück Diamond Ink. Should I buy ?

I just came across a bottle of Montblanc Diamond ink ( %95 full with box) which is a LE from 2012 I believe. I do not have a blue ink now and it might be a good choice I think. I am not a ink collector, I only have a few bottles and usually keep the ones I can not find anymore ( like Lamy Dark Lilac, Edelstein Turmaline ) Do you think I should buy it ? The price is fair I think.

Its a fairly unknown ink I guess very few people tried it. If I buy it I am thinking of inking my Gvfb Ebony Classic.

There's a theory that Diamond Blue and Tolstoy blue are the same. In images they certainly look identical. If it's the colour you're after there are much cheaper alternatives. Robert Oster's Carolina Blue and KWZ Ink's Turquoise are not identical to those inks, but are certainly a very, very close match while the new formulation of Quink's Blue/Black is said to be identical in every way.

Good to know on this since it's one that's sort of caught my interest.

One thing about MB LE inks-they almost always get recycled unless it's a really good one that people want, like Shakespeare Velvet Red or DaVinci Red Chalk...

I could not wait more and bought it. It will arrive in a few days and hope I will like it.

We hope you show it to us in use!
