Any Info on This Parker Duofold?

Picked up this great Parker Duofold today at a pen show and wanted to see if anyone has any info on it. 

 

The dealer mentioned that it was to signify a nuclear arms treaty between the United States and Russia, and that the metal on the top of the finial was from the metal casing of a missile. Any information you know about this pen would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all,

I have a Parker Sonnet with the same emblem on it and cannot find any info on it.  Any help is appreciated.  Selling at the Dallas Pen Show and would love to put this in if I can find a value.

 

Obviously the forth one from left to get an idea of the length.
