Any method to fix squeaky cap of lamy Aion ?

I love the design, weight and feeling of lamy Aion. But I can't stand the cap. It felt very loose. It creat noisy squeak and can rotate when I shake the pen... I also want more "snap" sound when close the cap (don't know it is possible or not). Have any of you tried to modify Aion cap ? Sorry for bad English.

Haven't tried but, thinking of buying an Aion myself & this is one of the drawbacks - a strong negative point in the aesthetics. 

 

I'm also having trouble justifying the price jumps for merely stepping up nib size; same model, same store, yet I'm gonna insist this time on getting the nib I want on it, & not having to 'make do' with whatever the store has lying around, y'know?  Give me what I want, & I'll pay for it, or no sale, capisce? 

I got 99 problems but a BIC ain't one!

If I said I'll fix it, I will. There's no need to remind me every 6 months.

Thanks. Totally agree with you. Beside that, nib in aion feel the same... I bought ideos in F and aion in EF and it seemed that the line is practically the same size... I also had lamy safari in B and what I learned from lamy is that. They had poor qc.. no standard, no consistency in nib quality. Their nibs is scratchier than Chinese nibs(eg. JINHAO, WINGSUNG)... I think I will say good bye for their products ...

I'm now awaiting a dk.green one, should arrive Tuesday. The dealer's swapping out the stock silver F nib for a black EF for me, and I've also bought a spare black B nib with it, so I can have some width flexibility as well as looks options. 

 

With some trepidation, I must admit. The way my luck runs that cap will probably click like a dud cowbell.

the loose cap notwithstanding, I've been pretty happy with my Aion.  Mine spins but stays put and does not squeak.
