Rosell 345 - What is this?

Hi everyone,

 

I have just picked up a mixed bag of pens and mechanical pencils- a couple of rubbish Platignum pens, a nice Onoto pen and pencil set, Keefer pencil, Parker Duofold Junior lucky curve of 1923(ish) vintage, a Parker 51 Vacumatic and this, which I have never seen before and can find no information online.....

 

Does anyone know any history about this company, or sub brand??

It's a button fill, I've cleaned it, but it still needs to be taken apart and have a new sac installed
