quality reinforced A4 lined loose-leaf paper (Australia)

In Australia, we used to be able to buy Reflex brand A4 reinforced loose-leaf refills.  It is no longer manufactured.  Any alternative suggestions? Olympic refill paper seems to be of a lighter weight.   It needs to be fountain pen friendly, of course.  I use it to jot down notes during interaction with patients (clients) and this is then filed for record keeping.  In the past, I have resorted to printing lines on good quality blank A4 copy paper, without reinforcement of the punch-holes.

I used to buy the Reflex punched pads - they were very good with FP. They disappeared a while ago, sadly. I have bought some Clairefontaine punched A4 but it is expensive. Top quality, but expensive.

I just bought a packet of Muji A4 paper overseas, but I believe it is also available in Australia, it has 30 holes, the quality seems good.

Muji paper can vary. I have some A4 and A5 and they are great. But bought a second lot of A5 and they were ordinary. Be careful before you stock up in one buy.
