So what do I have here?

Got this ballpoint for cheap in box, I can't find any more information on it. It says Sailor Kawasaki steel on it, and uses Sailor 85-01 / 18-0104 refills which I'll need to find. The thing is, I seem to recall the T on the clip being a brand I saw on Amazon. I liked the slim size and thought it was nice so I picked it up.

Has anyone seen this pen before or have any info on it?

 The box is molded to fit the pen, I was actually kinda hoping that the pen didn't fit the box. I have an old sailor that is like to have one for. Oh well, at any rate I've got a small ballpoint to keep in my bag just in case.
