Dating a Parker Jotter

Hello all. I'd like some input regarding date of a vintage Made in USA Parker Jotter. According to this website  http://www.penlibrary.com/html/Parker_JotterEvolution.html

I believe it should be between 1958-1972. That would be correct? What do you think?

Brass inside cap threads, rounded button, arrow clip

All the 1958 and 1959 Parker documents (advertisements and catalogs) that I have show the Jotter ballpoint with the earlier ridge clip while the Jotter with the arrow clip is first shown in 1960 documents. So I would date this Jotter with arrow clip and wide push button to 1960-1972.

Thank you @joss. The website says arrow clips comes from 1958. I wonder if both models were being produced from 58-60?  Or the website is wrong about the date? Some info there the author isn't sure such as 1955 model. Anyway thanks for your input! One thing we can say for sure is that it's before 1972...

Also the Parker Jotter book mentions "end of 1958" as the introduction date for the arrow clip without providing a source. A 1959 Parker Business Gift catalog, a 1959 Parker Christmas brochure and the three 1959 Jotter advertisements that I have still show the Jotter with ridge clip so I think that the ridge clip was still present throughout 1959.

Just out of curiosity the pen arrived today it was a bit dirty, looks like some oil inside. Was the vintage jotter originally lubricated? Also I noticed the spring don't come off. Is the spring "glued" or to the black barrel?
