Just noticed that I had not confirmed receipt of cards from suggie and tinman. Sorry guys but I got 'em OK. Thanks a lot.

 

Also received a second card from okami - good looking dog eating an orange - wonderful. This card consists of a photograph backed with "The2Buds" backing and arrived in great shape. I think Royal Mail's sorting machines scuffed it a little but not too much.

Re my problem with non-waterproof inks on postcards:

 

The obvious solution is, of course, a waterproof ink but I am loath to use one in case it blocks the pen. Can anyone advise me as to whether this is a real danger please?

I don't use waterproof ink. I'm too much of a klutz. I "color" over the writing with a white candle to protect it.

Ok, I went on a trip recently only to the next state, but a trip none the less. I acquired some postcards, 8 to be exact. 4 different ones, 2 of each.
