Postcard Swap

I found a handful of University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary's College (lol, the one across from ND-there are a million Saint Mary's Colleges out there) postcards so those are an option as well as Colorado ones.

Just got my first postcard from Fred. So nice to receive something other than bills for a change. Love the flex nib handwriting. :D

How about if I send you (yes, you) a postcard with the first line of a new short story? Who knows what I'll write?

You send back a postcard with the next line.

I'll reply with the third line and we'll just go back and forth and forth and back until we have some sort of wacky, genre-defying tale.

Send me a PM and we'll get started! =)

Wow, just came across this thread and it's long! I'd be happy to send or receive postcards if anyone wants to do that. I'm in less than beautiful Martinsville, VA (which I'm sure doesn't have any postcards with pictures of it) but I can drum up some from surrounding areas. PM me if you're interested.

Best,

Tom O.

I'm gathering quite a few of them to put up on the pinboard at work. Eveyone is getting to know now that if a postcard arrives it's more than likely going to wind up on my desk.

So far I've got cards from America, Italy, Spain, and various widely-dispersed places in the UK.

I write, therefore I...write a little more.

I'd love to exchange postcards! I live in Ann Arbor, MI, home of the University of Michigan. I can send you postcards of the school architecture, the giant stadium, or the nearby (in)famous water tower in Ypsi. (Locals will know which one I'm talking about)

Three spaces remain on my Aruba post card list. Thus, if you would like a card from Aruba, please PM with your address. It may take a month or so to get to you, wherever you are, but some network members report these cards actually do arrive.

Bon dia from Aruba.

Glad to know it got there Dona.

I've been intrigued to see that some people seem to have difficulty finding postcards from their area. Probably a sign of how the tourist industry operates. I'm not in any danger of running out any time soon, so if anyone wants a card from the Shetland Islands, PM me.

To all Postcard swapper.

I'm sorry to say that I need to decline further postcard swapping.

I don't know why but I just can't keep up with them and letters too.

So I thank everyone who has sent me a post card and apologize if I have not replied back.

I've always enjoyed receiving notes and cards with my purchases on FPN , so I'd like to participate in the postcard swap.

There's a cool used book shop that sells postcards nearby, and I've also taken some photos I could turn into cards fairly easily.

Please add my name to the list, if you'd like to send or receive a card to/from beautiful Maryland (I'm just south of OldGriz) drop me a PM.

Thanks!

Foul! You at least have to reply back after you ask for cards.

I'm working over in Cowes one day a week at the moment, so I popped into Bekens, the yachting photographers to pick up some postcards. If anyone wants a yachting postcard (mostly historic images I picked up) then give me a shout.

I've lost track of who I need to thank for cards recently. I will say this, to Steve in CA, love your handwriting and to Michael, that Japanese Garden looks fabulous, but I can't actually remember which postcard I sent you that looked so beachy.
