Hey Folks

I looked for my original post on this forum to update it, but for some reason couldn't find it.

Live in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Happy to swap postcards. Have some local ones, with scenery, things to see. always try and add a little history about them.

I also have a stack from Rome that my daughter brought back from a school trip if you want one of those.

PM me.

Renfield

Just a reminder, I'm still happy to send postcards.

I've now moved to Exeter, so will try to use some of the local area. I also like using photos I've taken, so you might get one of those instead backed with paper. Who knows!

Hi. I used to do postcard swaps a long time ago. Maybe I can do them again, with postcards from the Philippines. If anyone is interested, let me know and I will send some over.

Hi, I still would like to exchange postcards. If you like one from Germany, just PM me.

As I'm based near to Munich, I mostly got cards with views of Munich (the tourist stuff) and

some views of bavarian landscape and castles.

Felix

Maybe a handwritten letter is old-fashioned, but it's always more meaningful and respectful than an email could ever be!

Hello there...

I am relatively new to FP and brand new to FPN.

The idea of the postcard swap sounds great but I am not sure how does it work (in terms of logistics)

Is there a thread where this is explained in more detail?

Hello. I'm back. No big excuse or anything. Just life happening for most of a year. (Hint: I'm single again.) Glad to send cards from PENnsylvania, to wherever.

I seem to have lost some of my regular PC exchange people, and I hope to revive some interest so that we can get going again.

I'm just updating my last post in case anyone wants to have a postcard pen pal from England.

I've been on a postcard sending marathon as I bought some postcards of where I live from my local bookshop that closed down. I also bought some postcards from nearby local places online, plus I also made some of my own from photographs.

So postcards sent out to: ArnoldKelly, Clancy, Tophercarlton, CaramelNib, tomcoombs, Trillium, Jimothy, Inky_Artist.

Written & stamped to post tomorrow are: coppilcus, InfernoOrangeSS, Coyotewhisper, CalvaryMaid, Docholt, Signum1 and Stonezebra.

I've still got some more international stamps left so will try to do a few more tomorrow, but it's OH's birthday so we're out for lunch.

I am interested in swapping if anyone is interested in a postcard from the middle of America's farmland. Potential postcards that may be sent could include any of the following: Pigs, Cows, Corn, Soybeans, Tractors, the World's Largest Frying Pan, hunting paraphanelia, or pheasants. Sent at random.

Accentuate the positive.

Thank you AK. I received it today. It's a very good waterfall picture. One that I would have been proud to take myself. :)

Sounds like fun, count me in!

I live in upstate New York, Binghamton to be exact, home of the twilight zone, and a few other odd things.

I would like postcards from anywhere, and am fond of vintage postcards, so I may send a few of those out too.

Hey Folks

Just as an update.

Sadly I am removing my name from the Postcard swap list.

Royal Mail have removed the International Post Card 10g tier, which means the cost of sending a postcard Worldwide has gone up by almost 50%, so I am not sure it is financially viable to keep swapping a postcard when I can sent a 4 page letter for the same price.

Its a pity, as I really enjoy getting cards from around the world.

Best of luck to anyone else still doing it!

Ren
