A suggestion: You'll have much greater success in joining the swap by taking the initiative and PMing others with your address while asking for theirs. A post in the thread that shows your interest is important, but without more, will produce few results.

Just joined tonight. I want to be upfront. I googled Postcard Pals and found this site. I dont own a Fountain Pen. Im a 46 year old housewife that loves to pen pal on postcards! I collect 4x6 colored postcards from the USA only. I have pen palled this way for years. By writing on the postcard itself and not using an envelope. I got out of palling for awhile as life got very busy. If you would like to pen pal this way and ad to your collection of postcards please PM me. Welcome!

The people on this board are very nice people and I don't think anyone is going to ask you to leave, you'll just be encouraged to pick up a fountain pen. If you would like to see what we all rave about on this board, pick up a cheap starter pen (I bought a Lamy Safari off of amazon for about $25) Or head over to gouletpens.com and pick up a starter kit and you won't be disappointed.

 

I'm also sure everyone would appreciate a postcard from Idaho.

I did order some beautiful cards with pictures of our local botanical gardens, so if you like subtropical marshland I'd be happy to send you a card in exchange for one from elsewhere.
