Postcard Swap

I have 3 Aruba postcards ready to leave the island. PM with your info if you'd like one.

As to the others who have already indicated that they would like them, they're on the way, but the Caribbean is not known for rapid mail transfers.

Bon dia.

How do I "join" this endeavor? I'd like to participate, too. :D

When I tried a postcard swap many months ago, I was so new to FPN that I used ink that was not permanent and I am not sure that all of my cards even arrived. I think I have learned better now! I do have several cards from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum that have on the front: "Buffalo Bill by Leonard McMurry, Bronze, 33 feet high." If you would like one of these cards, send me a PM and I will exchange cards with you.

All the Best,

T

You can add you name to the spreadsheet. But all you really have to do is find someone and PM them that you 'd like a card and exchange addresses. Or at least, that was what I have done.

Some people swap a single card. Others cotinue to exchange cards. That has been my experience, so far.

I have 6 newly printed home printed postcards ready for an exchange. Return swapps are always welcome, and I can always print more. The images were taken by me several years ago. One is of Mount Hood with an amazing snow cover. The other is of White River Falls near Tygh Valley in Eastern Oregon. Cards are printed on Post Card stock or I still have a couple on photo stock.

I also have the final 6 real photo postcards I produced back in 1997 as part of a project for Portland State University. These are all one-of-a-kind test print that I made in my home darkroom. One actually shows the exposure test banding when I was checking print times. All scenes are of the Himalaya Mtns and are quite nice if I say so myself. All of the Himalayan realphoto cards are in beautiful black and white.

Hello. I am relatively new to FPN and with a bunch of stamps to use and a love of postcards.

I've added my info to the spreadsheet. Send me a PM.

I've been sorely neglecting my postcard pals. For about a year! :bonk: I had a move, a job change, and a lot go on, but I'm back! I PMed all of my old postcard pals to verify addresses and update mine. If anyone else would like to send/receive cards, please PM me! I'm living in Chicago now, which will make for some beautiful postcards with great architecture, after I use my last few from Missouri.

This is the topic that finally enticed me into registering. Post cards from Lubbock, Texas, birthplace of Buddy Holly are available from me. PM me if you might be interested. I would love to receive postcards from any place in the world, but I have a tremendous interest in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. I look forward to hearing from you.

I would like to join the 'post card club' and will be happy to swap post cards of deepest Lincolnshire with anyone who is interested. If I need to do anything else to get my name on the list, please let me know.

Kind regards

Geoff

I would love to use my newly acquired FP and see scenes from around the world! Being from the Seattle area will provide many beautiful images of the Puget Sound and so on! I would love to hear about the various places, what pens you're using, also multiple languages would be great too as I am an avid language learner working for a prominent language learning company! Hopefully I can link up with those throughout Europe and through the postcards travel virtually, where I cannot travel physically!

I would love to participate in this exchange. I have 4 vintage Alaska Railroad themed postcards. If anyone has a 'thing' for trains, please let me know. I have one other PC that is vintage and has the Alaska state song/flag on it. That makes a total of 5. I'm anxious to get started. clap1.gif
