Like most of you, I’m always searching for that perfect paper/notebook. I’ve come to something very close, but there’s always something missing. But I think I’ve found my personal solution in brands like Kokuyo and Lihit Lab. 
I don’t know the proper term for these systems, but basically they are spiral bound systems that allow you to add/remove/move around pages. Kokuyo paper is good and I LOVE their “dotted ruled” . Hut it’d be better with something like Tomoe River. 
 

so I’m looking for loose leaf pages of the following brands that are B5 or larger that are line ruled. I can punch the holes for the spiral system myself but I can’t figure out how to get the ruling pattern I like onto blank loose leaf. If anyone can help me out with this as well that’d be great.

Tomoe River

Cosmo Air

Midori (I actually found loose leaf Midori A4 on their website but they don’t ship to US)

https://incompetech.com/graphpaper/ is the place that I go to create my papers. I save them as a PDF and then modify the pages to add my URL or name.  At the bottom of the sheet it does leave a small watermark.  I see that you can make pages as A4 or A3.  I then have the pages either glued to chipboard to make a pad or or have them wirebound to create my own notebooks.  This way, I use the paper that I want.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
