Help identifying Onoto pen

Hello everyone, 

I recently bought this Onoto lever fill pen and was interested in finding out the model and if possible when it was made. 

The barrel reads:

"ONOTO THE PEN 

DE LA RUE & CO LTD LONDON"

and the nib:

"Warranted 

14c

TDLR&CO LTD 

33"

 

I think the barrel, section and cap are celluloid? But the finial appears to be hard rubber, probably discoloured.

good description @macbeth553 - this looks like a 1950 onoto lever filler (14/16) with a correct warranted nib of that time.  it is on p271 of stephen hull's onoto the pen.
