Can anyone ID the fountain pen used by John Campbell

John Campbell uses a beautiful pen in his youtube videos. Can anyone id the pen?

He uses a Parker Vector from the mid 1980s-1990s:

I did not know him and saw the whole video. An intelligent man with a humble pen providing evidence-based info on Covid-19.

Thankyou for asking about the pen. I had figured it was a Parker Vector, but not that it was an older model. I've watched Dr Campbell's videos through the whole pandemic - he has kept me sane - and well informed. I wanted to find a Parker Vector as a memento of the time and now know to look for an older one. He has two - one red, one black.
