Fountain pen restoration in India

Does anybody know any reputable Indian repairmen who could restore old cellouloid fountain pens ? I have a few old Plato pens in decent condition, i.e. no cracks or dents, but their bodies could do with a little polishing since 50 year old pens have lots of tiny scratches.

 

Please share your experience if you have availed the services of any repairperson in the past.

Mitha Pen Mart in Mumbai used to do it( I think). I have never used their services
