I have developed quite a wont for buying these great little pens- perfect size for me! They’re sneakily good with shimmer and sheeing inks as well, even the fine nibs. I wonder if it’s the feed style? You’ve inspired me to use my 144R today.

I normally like a little larger pens, but as soon as I started with my 144 I fell in love with it. Still using it today and I use it a lot.

Today it’s been a Nonami Chinese piston I made into a extra fine italic, inked with Sheaffer’s Peacock Blue/Wearingeul Frost, and my leather wrapped Pilot Lady with Iroshizuku Tsuki-Yo. There will definitely be some Sailor Hocoro fude usage later, plus some others.

Nice!  I acquired a fondness at school for Platignum gold nib pens.  They still hold a special place in my heart.

Hi RP

Could you post a pic of the nib and feed on your 144? ☺️

Hi MzFit

That's a very nice pen.  Love the color combination.  Thunderstorm looks like a great BB ink... 😀👍

I tried to find the Hex code for Ravenclaw.  It gets different codes. Oster Thunderstorm was one of the results. I don’t think I’ll get a bottle of it though.

The Hex code you found is one of them. I searched for Ravenclaw hex code. I got several results. I copied and pasted. The first had no inks I own. The second had Oster Thunderstorm which I have a sample of.

Are you satisfied with the color of Thunderstorm?
