Today's pen and ink began the day in Christmas gift wrap... a Lamy Safari Rose with an extra fine nib and Robert Oster Australis Rose. 💕

What a lovely combo!

Merry Christmas to you. :)

Mine was an inexpensive ebay buy out of curiosity. Someone else paid the new price.

Sounds as if you might be lying.

Or are you a lyre?

Merry Christmas Doug C.

Of the four pens I got for Christmas Ho Ho Ho

large.IMG_1355.jpeg.76fab7e36c3aca2f6aad504edabee2d7.jpeg

I used the Kaweco Perkeo Infrared M nib with the Kaweco Ruby Red cartridge it came with. It kept my streak of green and red inked pens going wherein I did not repeat a pen for these 25 days of December.

But, for tomorrow, I’m not sure if I should go back to green ink, or use another new pen. The Jinhao will get a De Atramentis ink, likely their 225 years of the US Constitution ink. What to do?

I think you have a few options: continue to alternate between red and green until the new year or the 12th day of Xmas and then use the Jinhao (which is super cool, that’s the first time I see the new model) with that beautiful DeAtramentis ink, or consider the holidays done and ink the Jinhao tomorrow. I’m super impressed that you didn’t repeat a pen or ink during Advent.

What will you use in the Constellation pen, something from Colorverse to go with the space theme?
