What pen(s) are you using today?

@Cjtamu you had three generations of women with you. That’s to be cherished, which it sounds like you did. Sometimes we forget that these moments are special because everyone is there, and will be.

So cool you shared the FPR pen with your Mom.

Oh, I do. Great visit. Last time I shared pens with Mom she was so taken with my WA nibbed Pilot Heritage 912 with kon-peki that I gave it to her. This time she was taken with the Waterman CF! Fortunately, she’s a, “One nice pen is enough” type of person. Because I hate to disappoint my mom ha ha ha.

My youngest daughter and granddaughter and my mom came to visit yesterday. Had a lot of fun last night showing mom with the new FPR Tanoshii, Merlin 33, and the French 1950’s Waterman CF I purchased recently. This morning I was using my blue marble Pilot VP fine with kon-peki and my 70’s era MB146 fine with Waterman Intense black to write a few notes and do some work. Everyone left a couple hours ago so I was finally able to test out the pen some of you miscreants I’m looking at you @langere forced me to buy. Arrived yesterday afternoon. What a cool, fun little pen. Triumph nib is wonderful but wants a super light touch and back writes very well. Nib has a SN but doesn’t say Lifetime. Pen has a white dot at end of blind cap. Pencil works perfectly as well. See if this remains on my side of the pen case after my wife gets back ha ha.

So far it's been one of the recent acquisition blue Vectors, M nib, with Birmingham Pens Muskrat.

Last night I was able to get the Parker 61 from an estate sale working, but by this morning it's stopped again.   So looks as if I'm going to be flushing it some more today....

Not sure what the ink in it is -- sort of a dark royal blue/blue-black/blurple color.

Had been using my 70’s MB 146 all day today. One of my favorites, hard to put down once I ink it. Until my package from PSP arrived. Had been wanting a MK1 Duofold Centennial and when I hopped on PSP Thursday evening there it was. 1990 date code, #82 Fine nib, in excellent shape. Inked up with J. Herbin Bleu des Profondeurs and wrote half a page. Absolutely wonderful. For a pen to feel this. nice after writing all day with the 146 is saying something. Pic borrowed from PSP listing because the light here at the moment is terrible.

I forgot to post I used the last of my Opus 88 Picnic pens. Today’s was the purple one with a 1.4mm stub nib. The pen is filled with J Herbin Poussiere de Lune.

Three guesses which pen I’m using today and the first two don’t count 😄. Really liking this Duofold.

Today it's been the new-to-me black 61 (not sure of what the nib is, but I'm thinking it looks like an F -- although seems to write more like an M or at least an MF), finally having gotten the dried ink in the capillary filler sufficiently reconstituted to write; and a Noodler's Charlie eyedropper, flex nib, still with Noodler's Heart of Darkness.

The newly arrived Conway Stewart Belliver.  The name as the maker tells, is in honour of the location of the factory back in the day.

It is number 15 of a limited edition, and has a broad nib.

Pictures to follow.

Today’s pen is a TWSBI Diamond Mini White and Rose Gold version 2 with 1.1mm stub nib. It is filled with Diamine Paris Series Tour Eiffel ink. It’s a cross between orange and brown.
