What pen(s) are you using today?

A little bounce can be quite comforting as well!

Silly idea: have you tried writing with it having

a pad of, say, 20 sheets just below the sheet you write on?

Yes this is page 1 in my new Nebula pad, 99 pages underneath and does little for my handwriting.

@Claes Your question wasn't directed to me, but it reminded me that I used to put a paper napkin or paper towel below 2 or 3 sheets for extra cushioning.

Here's my Stipula Adagio.  I think this is a really underrated pen - always works, piston (captive converter?), nice nibs:

Yesterday I filled a new Kaweco Sport Collection Lavendar with BB nib with Diamine Lavender ink. It was the pen of the day.  Today, I’ll use the True Writer Kyoto M nib, filled with Ferris Wheel Press Land of Shangri-La.

Today's journal pen is a Pilot Kakuno Papa Blue with Pilot Blue Black. The nib is a medium italic from a Plumix, similar but not the same as a CM nib, it's marked 'M' and a little sharper on it's corners.

And... Drawing with a Jinhao 9016 Bent nib filled with Noodler's #41 Brown. So disappointed with this pen because it doesn't seal well, hard starting after less than a week stored horizontal in a sealed plastic box. Alongside it was a Moonman C1 fude filled with Hero 234a in the same state. (Other pens were untroubled. It's not the box or it's location.) Both are acrylic and without a cap liners.

Will work for pens...

WingSung/YongSheng 698 14K Gold Nib with Iroshizuku Syo-Ru. A cheap gold nibbed pen but is fun to use. The nib is like a fine Japanese nib which was a surprise to me given my experience with many Chinese fine steel nibs.

I have that pen and really enjoy the soft fine nib, @lukeap69

Today I have used a blue F Parker Arrow with Quink Permanent Blue, a Teal and hot pink Pelikan Twist that looks like an F with Edelstein Rose Quartz, and my glass dip pen with Lamy Petrol.

Pilot Varsity (Blue)

Ever hear of it?  ;)

First fountain pen that I have picked up in about a month....of course it wrote perfectly. I have NEVER had a Varsity dry up on me except when it finally ran out of ink. Not even after a year of non-use (and who knows how long they remain in packets on store shelves).
