What pen(s) are you using today?

I used several pens, today. I wrote a poem and wrote down some quotes to remember, a lot actually. I used a black Pilot E95S with Pilot Red ink, a deep red Pilot Custom 74 with Diamine Bougainvillea ink, a blue TWSBI Go 1.1 Stub with Diamine Iris ink, a TWSBI Go clear with a medium nib and Diamine Beethoven green ink, and a TWSBI Diamond 580 Rose Gold II smoke and rose gold with 1.1 stub nib using Pilot Black ink. 

 

I can't think of anything else I used this long day. I can say that out of these the TWSBI Diamond 580 is my favorite. It is super smooth, wet, and expressive. It looks good, too.

Today I am using a grey Sheaffer x Sailor Sentinel. It’s an EF with a lovely little heart hole nib. It’s basically a Sheaffer Fashion II with a Sailor feed and nib, but the nib looks nothing like a regular Sailor nib. The ink is a mystery, as it is whatever was in the feed. I put a Sailor converter in to start to clean it, and it filled up so dark that I figured I would leave it to see what it was.

Windex isn't going to hurt you.  Haven't we used it for years without rubber gloves...  CluelessMe gets more Windex on my hands cleaning my iPad screen and TV than I do wiping off some ink. 🤪

 

Maybe, but my mom always wiped it off windows with old newspapers -- NOT directly with her hands....

Yeah, but remember he was kinda nuts -- at least his DAUGHTER thought so....  And I think that actress is the one who wrote the screenplay, too.... 

I remember reading a review of that movie on IMDB and someone was complaining about the "stereotypes" in it.  And a friend of mine who is half Greek said, "Nah, we had our lamb roasts in the back yard, not the driveway...."  She also said that when her mom brought her dad home the first time, her grandmother met them at the door with a shotgun because her dad was of Bulgarian descent (!) and that some of her aunts offered her dad (after her mom died) to have the local priest find some guy in the old country to marry her because her dad was apparently too clueless....  (She's not married at ALL by the way -- and likes it JUST FINE....)

Today I’ve used a Kaweco Brass Sport with EF nib, and a European special edition Dark Brown Kaweco Sport with B nib, and a cartridge of Diamine Oxblood.
