Now that looks classy to me!

Really like the watch. Not sure what to wear to match the wrist strap..., maybe a turquoise color or real turquoise/silver band for a wrist strap instead of the purple?

Today it's been the M405 Stresemann, B nib, still with Edelstein Rose Quartz (it got inked up at the Pittsburgh Pelikan Hub with the swag bottle of Rose Quartz); and the Esterbrook white SJ nurse's pen, 1555 Gregg nib, still with modern Quink Permanent(?) Blue.

Unfortunately, the Estie decided to burp ink into the cap.  And on the threading, and and I had blue ink all over my hands (and therefore all over the barrel, for most of the afternoon) -- not so good when you're looking at stuff in stores....   And of course the soap in public restrooms does not do nearly the job of stuff like Ink Zap -- which of course was at home....

Guess I know what I'm doing between laundry loads tomorrow.... :wallbash:

I also have a steel bracelet to go with it. That said, I like the rubber strap. I have a moderately sized collection so I'm not poor for choices.

Today’s Log book pen is an Edison Beaumont in Molten Ores filled with Diamine Ancient Copper. The pen has a 1.1mm italic nib. It’s one of my favorite pens.

@Rita8 and @Baka1969 your white pen photos are making me want to clean out the TWSBI Diamond Mini version 2 white and rose gold, so it can be refilled.  And to post a pen and watch photo.

🙂

Love the Rotring Core! Have one myself along with two roller ball pens that I was PIFed here on FPN.

It turns out my Pelikan M600 pen is roughly the same size as a Sailor 1911 Large.  That's curious because I always considered the M600 to be a little shirt pocket pen and the 19ll Large to be standard size pen.

Paper used: Tomoe River 52gsm B5 Notebook

This is from the transition period, probably from machine #9. Has some feathering with very wet or penetrating inks like Namiki Blue.  Jet Pens called it: Tomoe River 52gsm Kanso Notebook B5 White

This is the iPhoto translation:

Inks:

- The Sailor Shikiori Kin-Mokusei is one of the few outline inks I've found.  It shows off best on Cosmo Snow 75gsm paper.

- Private Reserve DC Super Show Blue is a saturated,  lubricated, wet ink that widens the otherwise fine line on the M600.

[My opinions are subject to change and YMMV]

I used a Platinum 3776 Chartres Blue, B nib, filled today, well yesterday, with De Atramentis Sherlock Holmes.
