The title says it all. I need some help identifying this visconti pen.

It looks 80% like the Ragtime. There are many variations of that pen, some have the same cap band and thin metal clip.

Yes, I would say that this is a Ragtime Medici, which was made in the year 2000.

 

Should be quite rare too, is there any inscription on the cap band?
