Major props to Chatterly Luxuries

Just wanted to give a good review for Chatterly Luxuries. I worked with Bryant and he went well out of the way to answerer questions, make recommendations, and provide outstanding service. He noticed a problem with the first pen I was getting while checking it & contacted me to let me know. He upgraded the shipping and did everything possible to make sure I was perfectly happy with the purchase. I highly recommend them for your next pen.

It's good to read this - I had emailed Chatterley a couple of times about a pen for sale (this was maybe a year ago) and never received a reply, so crossed it off my list of possible businesses to buy from. I'll take another look based on this.

I've bought a number of pens from him over the years and never had a problem.

Was texting Bryant about a pen purchase. Got prompt replies until I told him that I wanted to put a deposit to reserve the pen.

 

He just suddenly stopped answering. It's all good, in the end I bought my grail pen from someone else.
