Looking to identify a vintage eyedropper pen.

I'm looking to identify this vintage pen. I got this pen without a nib and is currently using a vintage size 2 nib that seem to fit.

Imprint on the barrel is too worn off to read. However there is a very faint "N.Y." at the end of the imprint. Rest of the imprint is completely rubbed off.

Feed looks rather unique and i'm hoping that would give out some indication on what this pen is. There is a large inner groove and two shallow ones on both sides.

There is a unique looking pattern on the barrel end of the feed with grooves
