Modern Single Toned Arrow Nib Replacement?

I have a couple of modern Duofold fountain pens with this nib. They're newer Duofold pens, but the nib engraving is the older style straight arrow, used on the 1st generation modern Duofolds and some LEs in two tone or all gold. But these are plated silver- maybe rhodium, maybe white gold, I'm not positive. In any case, I'd like to get a replacement nib with this pattern and color scheme. Is there anyone out there that might be able to point me in the right direction?
