Identification - which brand and model is this pen?

Please help in reading the inscription.

Well it's stated on the cap , Paili model 006 , also marketed per License as Wing Sung 3006

Unfortunately NO , OK they made a lot on OEM production for others and proven quite capable of delivering good pens , but for their own branded products , and as well their licensed Wing Sung Products , they stick with the low end or school pen market while occasionally they turn some heads with a specific model or two like this one and this one I   That stated their pen always work OK so I guess nothing to be complaining about considering their price bracket.

 

The model 006 and its Wing Sung 3006 peer are both decent pen , though that cap is best forgotten I shall say

I'm seeing this brand first time..

I picked up this pen from a local shop for 2.5 dollars or so.

The body itself seems unremarkable for the price. But the nib was quite wet and smooth, and I'm happy with the writing part...
