After years of usage, a wellness day was necessary for Agatha Christie Silver....🙂
I love this pen....isn´t it beautiful.

Actual to beautiful for the daily usage and it's risks 😏
 

Modified...pictures are deleted. In a follow up messages I add better photos......

It is indeed a beautiful pen @thott , so beautiful in fact that using it each day seems totally appropriate to me!

It is an extraordinarily beautiful pen. Which kind of nib do you have, an oblique bold?

 

Absolutely splendid to be used as every day carry, and too precious for the job...

.....you are right, but I am always afraid something happen. Falling down, scratch the shaft, loose the snakes eyes, refuse the 
wish of friends and colleagues to write with it...and so on 😏

 

But on the other hand...it is a fountain pen, born to be on duty 🙂

 

The nib is not marked with the size. I think it is OB (OBB?)

That's a beautiful pen. I regret not buying one when new. And I'm glad that you use it regularly, despite your reservations. I learned a long time ago not to lend fountain pens out; most people, nowadays, don't know how to use them. When I used fountain pens at school, I always carried a spare roller ball with me. Now, I just say, "No".

That is true......most people don't know the usage of a fountain pen. To borrow a FP today is a risk. Most only know the ballpoint 
pen with the respective writing pressure. Not healthy for a FP nib....:-(

Great pen with a great (and rare) nib choice. Enjoy! I've inked up and been using mine the last week and it's up there as the most comfortable pen I own. 

Short cuts make delays, but inns make longer ones.

Shining jet black again the partially oxidized silver purposely done, those mysterious snake with pink eyes, and a mighty nib on top! This one is forever a temptation! It’s a stunning pen, and you’ve made great use and taken great care of it. You deserve each other. Congratulations!!
