Cross Pinnacles

I noticed the other day that some US sellers were offering for sale examples of the Cross Pinnacle.  I own 2 Pinnacle solid sterling silver ballpens and have not seem them mentioned often

on these pages. Is there any way to find out how rare Pinnacles are and how long they were made for and in what sort of numbers , particularly the solid silver models.

Dear RedDiggins

Cross Pinnacle are under rated by public and by the company itrself
Beautiful pens. Same heft and weight as Townsends. Same girth maybe (some say it is a little thinner - never seen one). Made from 1997 to 2000. Many finishes, ofcourse silver will be moire expensive, off hand i would say the same price as Townsend of the same finish and condition (or maybe a bit more because of the rarity).

Replaced in 2000 by Cross 2000 which was replaced by Townsend. Maybe the Cross people were trying to build a line of pens which would look like the older brothers of Century II???

Enjoy your pens

Have a nice day

Junaid
