I tried to use a contact form for Abhay Pens, but the form was probably only meant for use within India. I couldn't get around the mandatory inclusion of a mobile phone number.

Otherwise I would probably have ordered one already.

WhatsApp has become so prevalent in India that other modes have been discarded unfortunately.

Forced by this situation,  I now have a dedicated sim and a handset just for WhatsApp. I know this is not practical for several but the only way for me. I can’t force the opposite party to conform to my preferred method of communication.

I hope eventually you are able to somehow buy a Mohi.

Have they changed designs of the both model? I have both Tanishq and Harmony, but both are different from your models. I will try to post their pics tomorrow.

They might have. This was the first time that I purchased the full acrylic models and the photos sent by them mentioned new models or something like that. Pls do post pics of versions with you.

The green and yellow swirl is Mohi 'Harmony' and the white and smaller one is 'Tanishq', as they were known 3/4 years ago.😄

Mohi Tanishq with M200 nib unit:

Modified Vs Stock:

It was quite tough to thread the Tanishq for the M200 nib unit, the pen has very tiny margins.

You seem to have quite a stock of spare nibs sir :)

I hope to try this combo some day!

The more you get into pens you will accumulate parts

and spares. Do try it out but don’t start with the Tanishq. My first attempt resulted in breaking the section so I had to buy spare sections. Breakage is part of the game.

Which pens have you found easier to thread?

Wality/Airmail. You don’t lose much money even if it breaks.

I got a mohi Aura in plain Teal colour. It is a good color, even though there are small scattered dark spots.  The nib is very smooth - it is so smooth that it is 'slippery' on some notebooks. Sometimes it feels like 'writing on wax'... How can I make the nib to have a bit of feedback?

Well many dream of owning a butter smooth nibbed pen. Anyway, use a very fine grit abrasive sheet like 3m wet and dry paper of the finest grit that you can find at automobile polish shops. Write just one figure of 8 with a very light hand and test.  The nib will roughen up. Be aware there is no going back and can eventually ruin the nib. Good luck.

Hm... I better get used to super-smooth nib.. :)

The section and length of Mohi Aura is very optimum for comfortable writing..

You can use nail buffers too- notice buffer, not file.

Very true. I am looking forward to a solid black ebonite aura. I hope they introduce it.

Ya, I too have been requesting for solid black ebonite..

I got the plain teal color; although he said that the current batch of teal pens came with spots, he picked a relatively less blemished piece and sent me.
