Black WDC Pen

Hello Friends-I acquired the pictured pen in a recent lot purchase.  I restored it, and it writes nicely, with a flex from B to BBB.   The only identification is WDC on the clip.   I googled WDC fountain Pen and could not find anything about it.  Does anyone have any information about this pen?  Thank you.
