Sailor (Kingdom Note) Uca arcuata

Uca arcuata (fiddler crab) is part of Kingdom Note's crustacean series. It's a lovely golden brown ink. There's a slight silvery sheen where the ink pools. It flows well and writes smooth. It's also water resistant. 

 

All images are scans colour-corrected with grey card, except close-up photos which are also white-balanced with a grey card.

Oh, I saw this as a green and, now that I actually read the accompanying text, it might be a brown? I guess it sits in the middle ... or maybe *both* green and brown ...

Sailor inks are not too difficult to find here in China. There are some people who import these boutique exclusives.

A Japanese seller has several of the Kingdom Note inks up on ebay, I see. Unfortunately, not this one.

It was me! I like it a lot, but I need to put it in a wetter pen to get the silver sheen you and lgsoltek mentioned. I also want to do my own side-by-side comparison with KWZ Honey.
