"Rather Uncommon" Relief No. 7 Piston-Filler w/ Picture

Hey everybody! How's life without a mask?

Wondering if i could get some advice from the pros. This is maybe one of a kind, not sure if anyone else has a No. 7?

 

What price do you think my Relief No. 7 Piston-Filler will get on a Buy it Now?

 

Thanks for your input, it's been expertly refurbished and is in extra-outstanding + condition.

I’m unfamiliar with the Relief brand and am not certain it relates to Esterbrook. The photo is not high resolution so it’s hard to glean many details on the nib and the overall condition of the body of the pen and the hardware. It appears there’s some wear/aging to the gold-toned metal but due to the low resolution hard to say. You don’t mention whether the piston works or whether it holds ink and works or not. You’ll need to be much more transparent with sellers and provide better resolution photos if you want to sell your pen. Without both I can’t give any estimate and honestly I probably wouldn’t be interested regardless of the price. It may interest someone however, but you have to make an item appealing to buyers to attract them. You certainly will need more than one photo as well.

Esterbrook Relief pens were made in England by Conway Stewart, the pen shown likely late-1930s.  They are all equipped with a Relief Esterbrook nib in 14K gold.  For some reason they all seem to have a red band (I believe it is casein) just above the clip.

 

Celluloid Relief pens are hard to find and Blue Marble is one of the best colors.  A Model 7 and a twist fill mechanism and I'm not even sure another one exists.  I've never owned one though I have had my share of Relief pens.

In the world of early Esterbrook this pen is in the Royal Family somewhere.

This is only the second one I have seen. I am wholly unable to think of a BIN price though. I would suspect it would would fetch a pretty penny.

Of course they exist.  In multiple designs  But they are extremely rare. 
I would love to have one in reverse cracked ice.  I have "seen" 1 reverse cracked ice and 3 blue marbles in 22 years of collecting. Maybe Brian Anderson has seen more.
This is the one I have (the piston is working . I am not going to tell you how much I paid. It was definitely sumgai territory .  I thought I had posted it here.
On the price, I would say that anywhere between 300-600 depending on photos and quality of the pen.
