Obviously A.C. Grayling has never served in the infantry, in a war, and had other infantrymen, gunners, sappers, armoured cavalry, and airmen actively try to kill him.  Otherwise, he would know that electricity and religion produce two very different types of energy.   

 

It's also possible he is offering a somewhat prejudiced opinion given his initials are 'AC'

My grandsons would, but I would stick with electricity (DC = direct current).  And with that, we come to the Tesla-Edison feud ( AC/DC: The Tesla–Edison Feud | Mental Floss )

LoL -- good point.  I had forgotten about the feud between Tesla and Edison.  And of course the joke is that after pooh-poohing Tesla's concept of how to do electric current, Edison basically took it over....
