Welcome, Neha, and greetings from California USA.  My first fountain pens as an adult rediscovering the fountain pen as a writing system, a "technical system" (thank you) as you aptly stated, were also Heros; the lowley 329 and the somewhat better 616.  They were cheap but they worked (and still work) dependably.  I still use one of them from time to time.
