Thank you very much, IJWKS ;)

I guess now some people will lose their illusions about this "fancy-dressed" Jotter/vector :)

All the best is only beginning now...

Thank you. I have been waiting for a thread showing the innards. The pen is simpler in construction than I had imagined. Nib and feed directly inserted into the hood/shell. So there is no shell. Just a regular section melded to look like a shell. And yes that’s a vector nib. Thanks again.

In case you wish to write to me, pls use ONLY email by clicking here. I do not check PMs. Thank you.

Is the feed just friction fit into the section?

My nib is notorious for hard starts.  That’s a theme for me with Parkers these days.

Thanks,

Ryan

 Yes, I think it is.

 You can change the ink.

Anyone here able to give some insight on how to take it apart? The way I'm understanding the parts, I can either push it from the nib collar or somehow pull it from maybe the nib? Mostly asking since the Parker 51 I was given, the nib and hood aren't particularly aligned.

Hello and welcome.

If you rush to repair it, it may break, so wait for the expert's answer, prepare tools and materials, and prepare an environment that allows you to go back at any time before starting work.

There is also a method of explaining what you want to fix with an image and reposting it in the repair Q&A sub-forum.

curious if there are any updates 🙂💕

any tools needed? or just pull? (seems an awkward pull, although I did note head part of feed (bottom) may provide leverage; I’m just afraid to misform the feed itself to try it though 😅
