You might find a good match within Robert Oster's Cities Chicago or Miami or his Muddy Swamp or Muddy Water. The grey and blue inks are all somewhat murky and of a certain greyish-blue that should go well with the marbled barrel.

Thanks! I'll look into these. Please remember the water-resistance requirement. I know just by looking that at least one of these isn't very water resistant because I've researched it already.

Yeah, I have to agree.  The color of the M405 Stresemann turned out to be a LOT darker than the photos suggested (although Pelikan is not the ONLY company to do this -- I almost sent a Sailor 1911S pen back to the seller because I thought I'd been sent the wrong pen by mistake, since the promo photos of the Loch Ness Monster suggested the pen was blue grey (not the teal blue of the actual pen).
