Many years ago I bought this on an impulsive lark because it was on sale at a bookstore I happened to be in. I can't get past the color and the bleeding is apparent on some papers my other inks do well with. In my experience mixing it with any amount of Noodler's Black doesn't seem to help the color look much better.

Great mini review, Bokaba :)

I have two of the polar series, green and brown. Really love them. I've got a sample of the blue and the black.  It's a very muted blue, the kind I like. While it feathered in the beginning, when the ink settled down in the pen, it wrote fine. The good thing with the polar series is you can mix and match :)

Here it is on cheap 20 lb copy paper. Not nearly as much feathering as I thought there would be. I used a Platinum Cool with a fine nib (though it is rather springy and wet).
