Nixon signed one of his last bill with a fountain pen with a triangular feed.

The picture was showed multiple time, I first thought it was a Parker 75 but the triangular feed showed that it wasn't.

1974 silver flat top fountain pen with a triangular feed. I'll try to find more info about it, please share if you have any details about this pen as well.

Is it fair for an intelligent and family oriented mammal to be separated from his/her family and spend his/her life starved in a concrete jail?

I visited the Clinton library, since it is in my state, and there were several pens on display, however I believe they were just gifts rather than pens that he regularly used.
