Wow.  That's a great color!

For me, today it's been:

1. Pilot Metropolitan Retro Pop, stub nib -- Akkerman Delfts Blauw.

2. Noodler's ebonite Konrad, flex nib -- diluted Noodler's 54th Massachusetts.

3. Cross Solo, F nib -- Birmingham Pens Fort Duquesne Battle French Tricolor.

I've got a few inked up, but today is for one that's new to me, an Omas Cristoforo Colombo II, just back from a tuning courtesy of Mark Bacas. It's... the smoothest nib I've ever owned. Inked with Waterman Serenity Blue, the way I start everything that comes my way.

Wow, that's a stunner. What's it like in the hand?

Currently inked:

Jinhao X750, generic blue cartridge

Mystery Baoer with pinstripe barrel, generic black cartridge

Pilot MR, Diamine Oxblood

Parker IM, Quink washable blue

Waterman Carene, Serenity Blue cartridge

... yeah, I need to ink fewer pens at a time!

I've realized that I tend not to use my vintage pens because I think they're fragile or I need to preserve them or something. Nothing really could be further from the truth. They ought to be enjoyed, I think, so I inked up a black 1943 Parker 51 Vacumatic today with Waterman Serenity Blue. Smoothest EF nib I've used in a long while.

Conklin All American Courage Red, with a new steel architect nib, and Pilot Blue. Now this pen is delightful.

In looks that ASA Flora certainly rivals, and likely surpasses, many of the similar American/European pens I've seen. Congratulations on this simple but stunning pen.
