I'm enjoying using the Wyvern Perfect that arrived today.

I am using my Parker 51 plum Demi, filled with Robert Oster Barossa Grape, and my Platinum 3776 Nice Lavande, filled with Pilot Iroshizuku Murasaki Shikibu.

Also, if it counts, I have used a Kuretake #8 brush pen with what I have been led to believe is Platinum Black (not Carbon Black).

Here is my newly acquired 'grail' pen - an Omas Paragon with a silver cap, inked up with Diamine Sargasso Sea ink.

Really like a silver pen.

Today I am using three pens (actually more).

Visconti Copernicus

Matterhorn (Swiss made button filler)

Pecco Stilus (safety filler).

All with some version of blue ink.

Does anyone plan out the pen(s) the night before?  Or am I the only one?  LOL

I usually try to grab whatever one needs a turn. I currently have 8 pens inked, which is more than I usually prefer. I do my best to make sure they get used every few days, if only for a few lines. (I have one with red ink and one with green ink - these two tend to be for hilighting purposes and not for writing whole pages of text.)

Yesterday and today I used my M405 Stesseman and both days one person noticed/commented. What's funny is that they both said almost the same thing - Wow, <the hotel> sure provided you with a nice pen!

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

I've been using my Diplomat Excellence in Marrakesh brown. A rugged, reliable writer. Not a wet writer which makes it ideal for quick writing jobs.

That's very funny - I have exactly the same pens - though with slightly different nibs :)

I really admire your hand - distinctive and effortlessly classy.

Do you really? That's great! The F-C is brand new, I'm still getting used to the screw threads at the bottom of the section. It's got more feedback (it's almost squeaky on the page) than any of my other pens, but is still quite smooth. I originally ordered the 45 (by mistake) and am glad I sent it back for the 45L.

Thanks for your kind words about my hand; I figure it's because I have so many pens that need exercising (like dogs?).
